BASES Y CONDICIONES: 1.-Los
candidatos deben ser de origen Latino. Excepto en el Rubro “Ayuda a la Comunidad Latina”.
Los candidatos deben residir en Connecticut.
2.-La nominación lo puede hacer el propio candidato u otra persona.
3.-Las Fichas de Nominación y todo material adjunto lo pueden entregar en persona en nuestras
oficinas, o por correo o por internet.
4.-No se puede nominar a una persona para mas de una Categoría.
5.-Los
Premiados serán elegidos por un Jurado Especial, conformado por líderes de la comunidad.
6.-Si la persona
que nomina no provee información de contacto, la nominación será invalidada. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1.- The candidates must be
of Latin origin. The only exception being the “Contributor to Latino Community”
category. Candidates must
also be current CT residents.
2.- Nominations can be submitted by the nominee or another person.
3.- The Nominee
Forms and any attached material must be submitted in person, by mail or to our email.
4.- Nominations can not apply to
more than one Category.
5.- The awardees will be selected by a special jury, formed by community leaders.
6.- If
the person nominating does not provide their contact information, the nomination will be invalid.
